Specification Manager – North London / Home Counties

Looking for a role where you can influence projects from concept to completion? We’re recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.

In this role, you’ll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You’ll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.

Base salary up to £60,000

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers
  • Securing and converting product specifications into value
  • Promoting sustainability, product, and service advantages
  • Managing opportunities and accounts through a CRM system
  • Delivering CPDs and technical presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goals

  • Experience in specification-led or construction-related sales
