We\’re recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.In this role, you\’ll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You\’ll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.Package Base salary up to £60,000What you\’ll be doing Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencersSecuring and converting product specifications into valuePromoting sustainability, product, and service advantagesManaging opportunities and accounts through a CRM systemDelivering CPDs and technical presentationsCollaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goalsWhat do I need? Experience in specification-led or construction-related salesUnderstanding of the design and build process (RIBA stages)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsCommercially minded with a value-led sales approachOrganised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projectsEnjoy working on impactful construction and infrastructure projectsBe part of a business focused on safety, sustainability, and customers.
