B2B Sales Representative
Our client is a leading name in the hair care industry looking for a dynamic and results‑driven sales professional for their growing team, reporting to the Sales Area Manager.
About Your Role:
As the Area Sales Representative, you\’ll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across Swansea, Cardiff and Newport.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
- Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
- Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
- Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
Qualifications
- A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
- Demonstrable experience in account management within a face‑to‑face setting.
- Residency in or within close proximity to Swansea, Cardiff and Newport.
Compensation and Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on level of experience)
Bonus: Monthly bonus scheme. Scope to earn an additional £50,000 P/A!
