We’re partnering with one of the world’s most respected FMCG groups to find a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of their biggest UK grocery accounts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a business that’s known for developing future leaders. You’ll be owning the commercial agenda with a Top 4 grocer, working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain and global teams, and making a real strategic difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead a major Top 4 UK grocery retail account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons)
- Deliver growth across revenue, margin and market share
- Manage the full P&L and develop compelling customer strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at UK and global level
- Be a visible leader and role model within the commercial team
What We’re Looking For
- Solid FMCG commercial background — ideally in NAM/SNAM roles
- Experience managing Top 4 grocery retailers
- Confident P&L owner with strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Gravitas, ambition, and a collaborative style
- A background in buying (retail side) could also be a great fit
