Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190 million into R&D/Innovation. The variety of subsidiaries create a range of solutions, all predominantly based around protecting, bonding or reinforcing materials.
Role:
- You will be responsible for being an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- Takes ownership of the decision maker.
- Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans.
- Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients.
Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of specification sales market ideally within the construction industry.
- Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits.
- Self-reliant and resilient.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Able to build strong customer relationships.
- Lives in the area (Salisbury/Southampton/Gloucester).
Package:
- Basic Salary: up to £57,000 (potentially higher for the right experience).
- Bonus: UNCAPPED – OTE 40% of basic salary.
- Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm (or possibly company car).
