What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with councils, housing associations, contractors and framework partners
- Identifying and developing opportunities across planned works, retrofit, refurbishments and new build
- Securing specifications through a consultative, technical sales approach
- Supporting customers with solutions around damp & mould, indoor air quality, compliance and energy efficiency
- Managing projects from early engagement through to order and completion
- Delivering presentations, CPDs and training sessions
What you’ll need:
- A track record in specification sales / business development (ideally 5+ years)
- Experience working within social housing, construction, HVAC or building products
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to open doors and win work
- Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
- A proactive, self-starting approach
