What you’ll be doing:

  • Building relationships with councils, housing associations, contractors and framework partners
  • Identifying and developing opportunities across planned works, retrofit, refurbishments and new build
  • Securing specifications through a consultative, technical sales approach
  • Supporting customers with solutions around damp & mould, indoor air quality, compliance and energy efficiency
  • Managing projects from early engagement through to order and completion
  • Delivering presentations, CPDs and training sessions

What you’ll need:

  • A track record in specification sales / business development (ideally 5+ years)
  • Experience working within social housing, construction, HVAC or building products
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to open doors and win work
  • Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
  • A proactive, self-starting approach
