We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager – Traffic Management to take responsibility for the operational performance of multiple Traffic Management depots across Reading and surrounding areas. You will lead delivery across a multi-depot network, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably within a fast-paced environment incorporating both planned and reactive work.
Working with regional and national clients across a broad range of commercial and industrial sectors, you will ensure consistently high levels of service while delivering against contractual SLAs, KPIs, budgets and commercial targets. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation for quality, reliability and customer service.
