We are looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail partnerships and drive growth across a diverse product portfolio. This is a strategic role where you will manage head office agreements, build strong relationships, and deliver commercial success with some of the UK’s biggest names in retail.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow retail accounts and deliver profitable sales.
- Identify new opportunities and address challenges to ensure targets and margins are achieved.
- Lead negotiations, joint planning sessions, and regular business reviews.
- Track performance against KPIs and adjust plans to maximise results.
- Resolve issues related to logistics, stock, pricing, or in-store execution.
- Experience managing or working with retail accounts (DIY, home improvement, or similar sectors).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic Salary - £50,000 - £52,000
