  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust, accurate, and high-yielding sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress using our CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Utilise your industry expertise to stay ahead of competitor activities, compliance shifts, and regulatory changes within the workwear sector to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly for prospect meetings and site visits, while maintaining an active collaborative presence in the office.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Base Salary: Up to £38k.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Highly rewarding, aggressive bonus scheme directly tied to your revenue impact and new business generation.
  • Car Allowance: Fully expensed travel for your client meetings and field-based activities.
