We are currently recruiting for a market leading manufacturer in their field, £15 million turnover, with an excellent internal structure and huge amounts of growth. Due to that growth, they are looking to expand their team with someone who is experienced in specification, proactive in their approach and has experience within healthcare and NHS sectors.
Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Building and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities with architects, NHS estates teams and major contractors.
- Winning profitable work, with a focus on high-value, bespoke projects.
- Using your network, commercial acumen, and initiative to identify new routes to market and secure long-term partnerships.
- Delivering CPDs and presentations.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working seamlessly with the estimating and commercial teams to ensure quotes, tenders, and delivery are aligned and profitable.
- Shaping the commercial direction to directly influence sales strategy, CPD development and market positioning.
- National travel will be required as part of the role.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of specification sales market within Healthcare sector, Estate Teams and Major Contractors.
- Have specification sales experience within construction products.
- Be commercially strong, able to discuss targets, budgets, and margins.
- Be self-reliant, motivated, hands-on and resilient.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Be self-motivated and results driven.
- Able to build strong customer relationships.
- Be willing to travel nationally.
Package:
- Basic Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus – TBC
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
