Job Title: National Key Account Manager Job Purpose: As the National Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability while increasing market share. You will be responsible for building on key relationships within the business and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing teams, distributors, and customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for looking for new business opportunities at a head office level. Your goal will be to position the company as the supplier of choice and deliver best-in-class service to strategic accounts Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, ensuring the business operates to the highest professional and ethical standards with a focus on customer satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing strategies for strategic customers, working closely with the after-sales management team to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and profitability. Identify, qualify, and prospect new markets for the full range of my client’s equipment and partner products. Build in-depth knowledge of the client’s current and future business needs, ensuring my client is well-positioned to meet these needs. Attend key customer review meetings to offer insights from both sales and service perspectives. Collaborate across all levels of the business and manage stakeholder relationships from machine operators to senior managers. Stay up-to-date on market and industry developments, ensuring senior management is briefed on their impact. Monitor and measure improvements in collaboration with the UK Sales Director using KPI reports. Key Requirements: Proven track record in new business development and key account management. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and managing challenging situations. Working knowledge of CRM systems. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. National role exposure. Proficiency with MS office Suite.
