We’re partnering with a Global leader in Personal Care, Beauty and Cosmetics to appoint an E-Commerce National Account Sales Manager – Amazon. You’ll sit at the heart of a fast-paced, digitally focused commercial team, driving sustainable and profitable growth across one of the business’ most strategic channels.

Operating across multiple international markets, this organisation owns a portfolio of highly recognisable beauty and personal care brands. - Own the full commercial agenda for Amazon across UK & EU5
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan and Joint Business Planning (JBP) process
- Develop and execute retail media, pricing and promotional strategies
- Lead forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Act as the internal Amazon champion, influencing Brand, Trade Marketing, Finance and EMEA stakeholders
- Identify and unlock new digital growth levers to accelerate performance
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience managing Amazon within FMCG, Beauty or Personal Care or similar
- Strong P&L ownership with clear commercial accountability
- Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, retail media and digital growth drivers
- Data-led mindset with strong analytical capability
- Confident stakeholder manager with the gravitas to influence across functions and regions
£50,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Benefits
