We’re hiring a commercially driven and strategic E-Commerce National Account Manager to accelerate growth across key online retail partners in the UK and ROI. Reporting to the UK&I Director of Sales, you’ll work cross-functionally and closely with your customers to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional brand execution online.
We’re open to talent from a variety of commercial retail backgrounds – including National Account Managers, National Account Executives, Buyers, and Merchandisers – especially those experienced with complex retailers.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with your assigned retail partners to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing tailored strategies for each partner.
- Lead monthly commercial reviews and planning sessions with your accounts, identifying growth opportunities and refining promotional activity.
- Negotiate key commercial terms, marketing exposure, and consumer engagement initiatives across your partners.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to drive brand visibility, conversion, and ROI.
- Take full ownership of forecasting and stock management (S&OP), working with internal supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability.
- Support the development and execution of a promotional calendar by account, tracking performance and managing associated rebates.
- Consolidate and analyse commercial data in partnership with finance and sales teams to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
- Manage the full order process, from forecast through to delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience and internal alignment.
- Partner with logistics teams and customer services to manage the critical path, ensuring smooth execution from warehouse to consumer.
- Identify new commercial opportunities in line with the broader channel strategy and evolving market trends.
Strong sales experience managing national or key accounts, ideally with complex retailers from either; High Street, Grocery, Premium Retail or eCommerce. Experience could also come from buying or merchandising roles with strong commercial responsibility. Data-driven, with a clear understanding of KPIs, promotional analysis, and commercial reporting. A passion for retail and digital growth, with a proactive, energetic approach and a natural drive to win. UK based, with the ability to travel across the UK and ROI when required.
