We are looking for a Commercial & Pricing Strategy Manager! Harbourne Associates is excited to present an opportunity on behalf of our client for a dynamic Commercial & Pricing Strategy Manager (12 Month FTC).

Location: 4 Days in Head Office, 1 day WFH

Reporting to: Commercial Director

As a Commercial & Pricing Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing pricing strategies that drive profitable growth. With a focus on maintaining a comprehensive framework for managing customer terms, you will lead pricing reviews, coach a pricing analyst, and drive excellence in commercial operations.

  • Collaborate with sales and portfolio teams to develop competitive pricing proposals
  • Analyse pricing data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing models with business objectives
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure financial viability of pricing models
  • Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures
  • Lead, coach, and manage a pricing analyst

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment, strong commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in change management and commercial excellence is also required.
