Role:
- Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations.
- Takes ownership of the decision maker.
- Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans.
- Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients.
Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling to Contractors, Specifiers or Architects.
- Someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits.
- Self-reliant and resilient.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Able to build strong customer relationships.
- Lives in the area (Northeast or Yorkshire).
Package:
- Basic Salary: up to £60,000.
- Bonus: £22,000.
- Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm (Car is an option, happy to discuss).
