We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the senior executive in a leading global fashion company. The executive is based in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
- Handle expense reports for the executives, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
- Support the executives in various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and across the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives / Director level either EA/PA or similar.
