We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, they own companies across 100+ countries, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2024.
Role: You will be responsible for:
- Be an expert consultant and trusted advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors and resellers allowing them to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
- Undertakes surveys including core samples, generates condition reports, specifications & quotations.
- Takes ownership of the decision maker.
- Delivers the targets and objectives set by the Project Specification Manager showing initiative to create effective delivery plans.
- Provides & presents CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients.
Candidate: The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of specification sales market ideally within the construction industry.
- Be someone who can influence others and demonstrate leadership traits.
- Be self-reliant and resilient.
- Be someone who is used to selling a system or process rather than product.
- Be self-motivated and results driven.
- Able to build strong customer relationships.
Package:
- Basic Salary: from £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Bonus: £22,000.
- Car Allowance: £6,000 + 45ppm.
- 25 days annual leave, PLUS bank holidays (increases over time).
