** ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER VACANCY – NORTHWEST LONDON **

Salary: £35,500 – £40,000 per year (starting salary negotiable for the right candidate), plus London allowance where relevant.

Contract Type: Permanent, 45 hours per week (flexible 32, 36, or 40-hour contracts also available, with salary pro-rata).

Store Location: Northwest London (Eastcote, South Harrow, South Ruislip or Yiewsley – MUST LIVE within a 45-minute drive from the Store location).

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of a high-performing retail store with a diverse and talented team. Your role will be dynamic: one day, you might be assisting with deliveries, placing orders, or responding to customer queries; the next, you could focus on staff performance, holiday planning, or leading the team to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll be instrumental in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. In the absence of the Store Manager, you’ll step into their shoes to ensure business continuity.
