HAIRDRESSING EDUCATOR – Field Based (London & Surrounding) ** Are you passionate about education, hair styling, and mentoring? We are seeking a Lead Key Account Educator to inspire and train top salon professionals and premium retail teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the beauty industry, delivering best-in-class education that leaves a lasting impact. About the Role As the Lead Key Account Educator, you will be responsible for championing brand advocacy, mentoring and supporting a regional team of freelance educators and premium retail brand ambassadors. You will play a key role in delivering trend-led educational sessions, driving product knowledge, and ensuring the successful implementation of educational initiatives across multiple channels. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Deliver in-salon education sessions for key account salons and premium retail stockists. * Support the sales team in acquiring new stockists and promoting product awareness. * Mentor and develop freelance educators and brand ambassadors. * Assist in the launch and activation of new innovations within salon and retail channels. * Represent the education department at regional and national sales meetings. * Develop a strong social media presence to enhance brand advocacy. * Present at industry events, seminars, and trade meetings. * Host brand immersion onboarding sessions for new educators and partners. * Maintain an in-depth reporting system on education initiatives. What Do I Need? * A full UK Driving License is essential for this role. * Highly skilled hairstylist (Level 2 qualification minimum) with a strong background in education and training * Passionate mentor and leader, with experience coaching teams. * Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage different audience sizes. * Strong social media understanding to support brand advocacy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * A keen understanding of the hair, fashion, and beauty industry. * Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude. * Ability to adapt education and communication styles to diverse audiences. * Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Must be based in the South of the UK and able to travel freely What's In It For Me? * Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (negotiable, depending on experience) * Bonus Scheme: 7.5% (available after 12 months) Additional Benefits: * Company Car * Company Laptop & Mobile phone * Premium Medical Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Discounted Gym Membership * Company Shop * 25 days holiday plus public bank holidays * Pension scheme …And more!
