Role: Associate Marketing Manager, EMEA – London
Salary: Competitive, ÂŁ70,000-ÂŁ75,000 (depending on experience), plus standard employee benefits such as pension and holidays.
Duration: Initial 12‑month contract, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role

They are now expanding their EMEA marketing team and seeking a dynamic B2B Associate Marketing Manager, EMEA who can elevate their regional presence through strategic, insight‑led campaigns.
In this role you’ll execute impactful, multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns across EMEA, bringing complex financial solutions to life—spanning advanced trading platforms, market data, analytics, and technology products.
This is a hands‑on executional role supporting how the firm positions itself across core institutional audiences. You’ll collaborate with experts across product, digital, commercial, and content teams, ensuring every campaign lands with clarity, creativity, and commercial focus.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns tailored to institutional financial clients across EMEA
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products
- Align closely with product and commercial stakeholders to support priority growth areas
- Manage execution across digital, content, events, and paid media channels
- Use data and insights to optimise campaign performance and report on success
- Maintain brand consistency and champion best‑in‑class marketing standards
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, asset management or similar
- Proven success in strategic planning and executing complex, cross‑functional campaigns
- Experience in creating campaigns in financial services, investment banking, hedge funds, brokerages, asset management or similarly related
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Ability to turn technical product detail into clear, engaging messaging
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global environment
