Job Title: Digital Leader (Europe) – Marketplace & eCommerce

Location: West Kensington, London (Hybrid)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £90,000-£105,000+, negotiable on level of experience, plus a competitive bonus scheme and benefits

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving the digital transformation of our marketplace and eCommerce capabilities. Reporting to the Global IT & eCommerce leadership team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to lead the design and execution of a scalable digital commerce strategy across Europe. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business goals, managing integrations across major platforms, and enabling new market and brand launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded IT leader to shape the digital future of a fashion and lifestyle clothing business.

Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Integration: Lead integration design and automation initiatives across existing and emerging marketplaces (e.g. Rithum, Channel Engine, Amazon), improving operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement a robust digital marketplace architecture, collaborating closely with sales and commercial leads to support expansion across brands and territories.
  • eCommerce Enablement: Act as delivery lead for all European eCommerce technology projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between regional and global IT teams.
  • Platform Management: Improve and expand the use of our B2B commerce platform (NuOrder) and support the selection and rollout of catalog management/PIM tools.
  • Innovation & Tools: Identify and implement tools to enhance digital asset sharing, product information delivery, and sales enablement (e.g. line sheets, digital catalogs).
  • Growth Enablement: Support the launch of new brands or acquisitions within Europe, ensuring digital and IT infrastructure readiness.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with operations and supply chain teams on systems that support omnichannel fulfillment and logistics optimization.
  • Sustainability Support: Contribute to ESG and sustainability initiatives through digital tools and data integration.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering digital marketplace integration for large-scale, multi-brand fashion, retail or consumer goods companies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, NuOrder, and leading marketplace integrators (Rithum, Channel Engine, Amazon).
  • Solid grasp of PIM/catalog management systems and omnichannel fulfillment operations.
  • Proven IT project management and delivery expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technically confident, with the ability to translate complex systems into practical business outcomes.
  • Commercially astute, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience supporting international business operations, ideally across multiple European markets.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
