We're looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Depot Manager to lead a fast-paced service operation in the North West. If you thrive on leading people, solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll have full responsibility for the depot, leading both workshop and field-based teams while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every single day. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of workshop and field-based engineers
  • Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the depot
  • Planning workloads and ensuring a fast, efficient service for customers
  • Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth
  • Driving operational performance, service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Managing stock, resources and depot performance
  • Championing health safety and compliance
  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve their best

You'll also bring:

  • Experience managing engineers or technical service teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach
  • The ability to perform under pressure and make decisions quickly

  • Salary up to £40k - OTE £7k-£10k
