My client are the largest fabricator of stone kitchen worktops in London and one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. With cutting-edge technology, innovative processes, and a modern approach, we’ve disrupted the market and set new standards—overtaking more traditional competitors along the way. My clients headquarters are based just north of London in Welham Green, but this is a remote, field-based role, covering London and the South East, tailored around your location.

The Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-end kitchen showrooms, property developers, architects, builders, and interior designers. Your focus will be on winning new accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be rewarded with commission and bonuses based on revenue generated and accounts secured, with a realistic first-year OTE of £40,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen companies, builders, architects, and designers
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and manage accounts to retain business
  • Cold call and arrange meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations, including cost calculations
  • Organise and present stone samples to support the sales process
  • Represent my client at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations

About You

  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Sales experience in a related industry (kitchens, interiors, construction, or design) is advantageous, but attitude and potential are just as important.
