We’re working with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of their largest UK grocery accounts. This is a high-profile role within a business renowned for developing future leaders. You’ll own the commercial agenda for a Top 4 grocer, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, supply chain, and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a Top 4 UK grocery account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons)
- Deliver sustainable growth across revenue, margin, and market share
- Own the full P&L and develop strong customer strategies
- Partner closely with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams
- Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at UK and global level
- Act as a visible leader and role model within the commercial team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong FMCG commercial background (NAM/SNAM experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing Top 4 grocery retailers
- Confident P&L owner with strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
- High level of gravitas, ambition, and collaborative leadership style
- Retail buying experience would also be highly relevant
