We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join a market-leading manufacturer within the building products sector. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined sales region, managing key accounts while developing new business through a consultative and solution-led approach. You’ll work closely with contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing key accounts within your territory.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities with sub-contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Build strong working relationships across customer organisations, including technical, estimating, purchasing, and contracts teams.
  • Provide expert product and application advice, ensuring solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving agreed sales and profitability targets.
  • Actively track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM and other sales administration tools.
