We have built a great reputation for our commitment to partnering with clients and engaging with top-tier interim talent.
We’re now in a position to pursue and secure the future growth of HATC and need an ambitious, self-motivated individual to support the MD in this growth. We are looking for a determined, can-do attitude with an interest in both business development and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop growth from both our existing customer base and new prospects within a defined customer segment.
- Candidate Acquisition: Identify, engage with, and develop partnerships with temporary/contract work seekers across various industry sectors.
- Client Engagement: Understand the unique needs of our clients, create bespoke recruitment strategies, and provide expert guidance on interim hiring solutions.
- Vetting and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications, interview, and place candidates within precise assignments.
- Market Insight: Maintain research into industry dynamics, legal guidelines, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
- Marketing: Manage social media, website development, and follow key marketing principles.
- Client Relationship Management: Use our internal CRM to foster existing client connections and explore fresh avenues for business development.
- Prior recruitment experience is advantageous, but relevant skills or backgrounds in sales-related roles are welcome.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to grow a business.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks/projects/priorities.
- A proactive and tenacious attitude, well-suited to a fast-paced work environment.
