We’re looking for an Area Specification Manager to drive specification of a value-added product range across architects, landscape architects, contractors, and local authorities. This role blends account management with project-led activity, focusing on sustainability, technical value, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure specifications across key projects and accounts.
- Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and local authorities.
- Promote product, sustainability, and service USPs through value-led selling.
- Ensure specifications convert into revenue and margin.
- Grow existing accounts and develop new targeted customers.
- Track activity and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver the specification strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a specification-led or technical sales role within construction.
- Strong understanding of RIBA stages and the specification process.
