Assistant Store Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment in the Southwest London area. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the management of a multi-million-pound store while leading and developing a talented team to achieve exceptional results. The Role: The successful candidate will: * Support the Store Manager with daily operations. * Manage and motivate a diverse team, overseeing performance and rotas. * Ensure outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maximise operational efficiency. * Step into the Store Manager’s role in their absence. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * A full UK driving licence (exceptions apply within the M25). * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours.
