Area Sales Manager – Field-Based - Aberdeen

Full-time | Field-based | Company vehicle provided

We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to own and grow a key territory. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on meeting customers, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Hit the ground running with a clear territory sales plan targeting industrial and construction clients.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and aim for 8 face‑to‑face meetings per day.
  • Win new business, grow existing accounts, and negotiate deals within guidelines.
  • Work closely with local service teams to ensure customers are delighted.
  • Keep CRM accurate and report on progress.

Who you are:

  • Proven field sales experience in industrial, construction, MRO, or technical services.
  • Confident, personable, and great at building relationships.
  • Strong territory and account management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily.
