We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys delivering exceptional service to clients and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with retailers, stocklists, and professional clients, including spas, hotels, clinics, and boutiques.
- Handling Enquiries & Complaints: Respond to web enquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Organise and manage post and deliveries via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and other courier services.
- Office Management: Oversee general administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, employee discounts, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience using Sage 200 is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.
