Area Sales Manager - Field-Based
Location: Cambridgeshire
Full-time | Field-based | Company vehicle provided
We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to own and grow a key territory. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting customers, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.
What you'll do:
- Hit the ground running with a clear territory sales plan targeting industrial and construction clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and aim for 6-8 face-to-face meetings per day.
- Win new business, grow existing accounts, and negotiate deals within guidelines.
- Work closely with local service teams to ensure customers are delighted.
- Keep CRM accurate and report on progress.
Who you are:
- Proven field sales experience in industrial, construction, MRO, or technical services.
- Confident, personable, and great at building relationships.
- Strong territory and account management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily.
