About the role:

This is a brilliant opportunity to join our Housing Team at Harbour. In this role you will deliver effective and efficient housing management services to tenants and other customers. You will manage a case load of tenancies ensuring the risk of rent loss to Harbour Homes is minimised and tenant issues relating to sustaining their tenancy are effectively supported and resolved.

You will be specifically accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of the following technical/specialist functions:

  • Allocation and void management
  • Tenancy management and sustainment
  • Rent collection and arrears management
  • Antisocial behaviour management
  • Estate management

About you:

You must:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a housing and estate management role
  • Have experience of using a computer based integrated customer management system
  • Be educated to Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework level 9 in a relevant subject
  • Hold a membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing

Disclosure:

A basic disclosure check is required. This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
