Our extensive client base is made up of landlords, lettings agents, housing associations, public sector organisations, private sector companies, homeowners, and developers. We care about our communities, and helping create brilliant places for people to live, visit and do business. This includes everything from supporting projects to providing more affordable homes.
You will be allocated painting, decorating and maintenance tasks. To be successful the post holder will adopt a positive attitude towards our customers, health and safety and welfare nurturing a positive culture and ensuring full compliance with policy and our guiding standards.
- Complete basic painting, decorating and minor repairs tasks and report any issues or repairs outside of personal skill set to ensure timely solution.
- Attend to small plasterwork repairs, taping and minor joinery tasks.
- Work to empty homes and assist in working as part of a team to return the home to a liveable standard.
- Be an experienced painter and decorator.
- Be competent in planning, measuring, and recording work activities using digital devices.
- Be capable of identifying and reporting health and safety issues, taking immediate action to mitigate risks to customers, staff, the public, and property.
- Have a full driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
