We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail‑focused Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Bransty, Whitehaven. You’ll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming home for our residents — because in care, environment matters just as much as compassion. No previous experience? No problem. We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout residents’ rooms and communal areas
- Ensuring beds, bathrooms and living spaces are beautifully presented
- Supporting with laundry and linen to promote comfort and hygiene
- Identifying and reporting potential fire or safety risks
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain a safe environment
