As a Teacher of IT & Business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4. You will join a team dedicated to academic excellence and personal growth, ensuring that our students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and subject knowledge.
- Use a range of strategies and E-Learning tools to meet diverse learner needs and raise pupil attainment.
- Maintain a secure understanding of the IT & Business curriculum and its contribution to cross-curricular learning.
- Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment, managing behaviour constructively in line with school policies.
- Support the social, emotional, and behavioural skills of students, acting as a role model and contributing to the wider school ethos.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Undergraduate Degree.
- Experience teaching in a secondary environment (KS3 & KS4).
- Exceptional IT skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to the wellbeing of young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
