What is required:- Being part of the management structure, supporting and working alongside the General Manager, Deputy Manager and Bar Supervisor.
- Working with a team of 10.
- Supervising and closing shifts.
- Key holder.
- Motivator and leader.
- Knowledge of food, drinks and service.
- Personality and great customer service skills.
- A person who can be an integral part of the team.
