We are now looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and grow within a dynamic, professional kitchen.

The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering smooth, high-quality service across all day parts. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a high-volume environment while working alongside a team with Michelin-level experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
