The role... As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
