The role... We have a superb opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to join the team in delivering exceptional pastry and bakery produce. As Head Pastry Chef you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen and working to the high standards in place. At least 2 years experience as Pastry Chef is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
