Harbour Hotels is seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef for Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa. The role oversees two busy kitchen operations, HarBAR on 6th and the Meetings & Events kitchen, ensuring outstanding food, service and commercial performance.
You will lead from the front, develop two brigades, manage costs and labour, and build a compelling food offering across both venues, including high-volume events and catering.
