The Role… We are searching for a high‑calibre Hotel Operations Manager to join our flagship 5‑star Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa. This is a standout opportunity for a driven, polished, and people‑centred hospitality professional from a luxury or premium lifestyle hotel background.

As Operations Manager, you will be the strategic driving force behind the day‑to‑day success of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial performance. With customer service at the heart of everything you do, you will lead through inspirational people management, unwavering professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will:

  • Champion our guest experience and uphold 5‑star service standards
  • Lead, motivate and develop our operational teams with energy and accountability
  • Ensure the smooth and profitable running of all hotel departments
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and deputise in their absence
  • Drive a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement

Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury lifestyle hotel is highly desirable.
