The role...
We have a superb opportunity for a Room Attendant to join the team. Our Room Attendants ensure that guests find hotel rooms spotless and have an enjoyable stay. As a Room Attendant, you will work as part of the team in a fast-paced environment working to achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness at all times.
- Liaise with Head Housekeeper/Supervisor efficiently
- Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
- Perform cleaning of all storage, corridors, and public areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained when required
- Follow the correct procedure for lost property
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene rules
- Work on a rota basis which will include weekends
Previous experience within a housekeeping role is preferred.
