The role involves joining Harbour Hotel Southampton as a Hotel Manager, where you will deputise for the General Manager and lead the hotel to deliver operational strategies. You will provide exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded, while being a true people's champion. This role encompasses every aspect of hotel operations that are important to commercial viability and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Operations/Hotel Manager position across multiple properties, with a generalist background demonstrating successful management of high volume F&B, events, and experience in Front Office/Rooms over the last few years. A passion for hospitality, presence, and personality to lead a high-achieving team, along with the gravitas to drive continuous improvement and develop the team, is essential. Previous experience in an AA 5-star environment is desirable.

This role is suited to a General Manager of the future, looking to showcase their experience and expertise, with potential to progress within the Harbour group after a successful 12 months.
