Southampton Harbour Hotel is looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Hotel Concierge to join our front-of-house team at our luxury waterfront hotel. As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a warm welcome, local knowledge, and outstanding service to all visitors and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with arrivals and departures
  • Providing local recommendations, directions, and concierge services
  • Valet parking and vehicle movements when required
  • Assisting with luggage and guest requests
  • Coordinating transport, taxis, and reservations
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Must be aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, professional appearance
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
