Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and personable Concierge to become the face of our luxury five-star hotel.

Every day is different, from welcoming high-profile guests and cruise passengers to assisting with luxury vehicles and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

What you'll be doing Creating memorable first and last impressions for every guest.

Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Assisting with luggage and escorting guests to their rooms.

Valeting and parking a range of luxury and high-performance vehicles. - Full UK Driving licence required and over the age of 25.

Organising taxis, cruise transfers and local transportation.

Providing expert recommendations on Southampton's restaurants, attractions and events.

Supporting guests with special requests, celebrations and personalised experiences.

Working closely with Reception, Housekeeping and our Restaurants to ensure seamless guest journeys.

Delivering the five-star service standards that Harbour Hotels are renowned for.

What we're looking for A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of initiative.

A full UK driving licence with confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Smart, professional appearance and excellent attention to detail.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
