We have a superb opportunity for a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join the team. This will require you to work a shift on a Friday and Saturday weekly. As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and members to the spa
- Making spa bookings
- Upselling treatments and spa products
- Show rounds
- Cashing up
- General day-to-day spa reception duties
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain the high standards of the spa
You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of Premier Spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
