The role... We have a superb opportunity for a Demi-Chef de Partie to join the team who has experience of working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Demi-Chef de Partie you would be expected to have a good understanding of all sections and assist with hot and cold food preparation. A passion for your role is essential.
