The role... We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year's reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Some knowledge of hotel reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
