The role... We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant team. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 1 years' restaurant experience at supervisory and above, together with excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
